Bedroom IV is situated in the annex of the house, with a queen size bed and its adjoining bathroom with toilet.
WIFI connexion is available and the house does not have air conditioning.
The laundry room is in an annex next to bedroom IV.
The swimming pool* is a few steps below the main terrace, measuring 10 x 5m with a depth of 1m50. It is secured by an electric cover and a gate. A pool house with a fridge is also available.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
