First floor: bathroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (1x160-1x160-1x140), one with private shower. The top floor, with its sloping ceilings, is dedicated to children and has a dormitory with 4 single beds (4x90), a corridor with a games area, and a space with a library, board games, etc. The outside area is idyllic and typical of our beautiful region. We particularly liked the swimming pool area You will enjoy a swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m, 1.40m deep, treated with Brome, secured by a wrought iron fence and an old security gate. The house is classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home. A deposit of €1,500 (not cashed) is required, as well as holiday extension insurance. Please note that the property is close to a "guinguette", which holds an evening or show every 2nd Saturday. You will be informed in advance and will be able to take advantage of this.
