In the south of Corsica, north of Porto-Vecchio, this very pretty villa of 240 m2, tastefully decorated, benefits from a magnificent view of the sea and the Genoese tower of Pinarello. Built on a 2,500 m2 plot of land composed of maquis and local species, the villa enjoys a calm and peaceful environment. Built on several levels, the villa offers on the entrance level a dining room as well as an open kitchen equipped with a storeroom. The whole opens onto a terrace where the outdoor dining area is protected by an arbour. A few steps lead up to the master bedroom, which has a small terrace with a superb sea view and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, a vast living room opened by large bay windows gives onto a very large outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture, facing the sea. Finally, a few steps lead down to a sleeping area with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. A swimming pool (12x5m) secured by barriers faces the sea. The location of the villa, a few minutes from the village of Pinarello and its shops, allows you to take advantage of the many activities in the region. Indeed, the proximity of the Marina of Pinarello offers the possibility to rent a boat, or to take sailing lessons and to go to sea easily as well as to take advantage of the restaurants and paillotes of the village.
