Accessible from the terrace, the entrance opens on the right into a large living space flooded with light thanks to a wide semi-circular bay, where the living room opens out facing the terrace and the sea, comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs facing the fireplace; this is followed by a dining area communicating with the fully equipped kitchen, which also accesses the terrace.
To the left of the entrance, a corridor with a large closet leads to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the first floor. All of these rooms have a closet and open onto a quiet and green part of the terrace, shaded by beautiful Mediterranean trees.
Between the entrance and the living room, a staircase leads you to the air-conditioned master room, provided with a bathroom with bathtub following a dressing area; two other steps lead to the room itself, a kind of eagle's nest overlooking the bay and lit by three large windows.
The terrace extends across the entire facade of the house: after the planted area in front of the bedrooms, a tiled dining area finds a very pleasant shelter under the large awning located in the extension of the living room, before being transformed into an exotic wood beach, bordered by low stone walls, all around the pool located at the other end; several deckchairs are scattered there to enjoy the sun and the superb panorama on the bay. A few steps lead to another area also covered with wood and placed in the soft shade of a beautiful umbrella pine;
From there, a small path climbs between laurels and scrubland plants to reach a pergola equipped with comfortable benches and a coffee table, and a transparent railing for aperitifs or dinners with a sunset background.
