Room 2 - sea view: Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room, washbasin, WC and TV located on the first floor. Safe included.
Bedroom 3 - sea view: Queen Size bed (160*200) with TV located on the first floor. Safe included. Access to a separate bathroom with double basin, bath and shower. Not air-conditioned, a fan is available. Separate WC.
Bedroom 4 - mountain view : Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room, washbasin and TV located on the first floor. Safe included.
Room 5- Independent on first floor - mountain view: Queen Size bed (160*200) with shower room, washbasin, WC and TV. Ideal for nannies, governesses or young teenagers who want their independence (with air-conditioning, safe, TV, shower, washbasin, WC, small extra fridge, Nespresso, toaster and kettle).
In one of the ground-floor bedrooms, a convertible sofa with 160*200 bedding is available, as well as a 120cm sofa as an extra bed.
Two cots and two high chairs are available for infants.

- An alarm system with detectors is in place but never in operation during the rental period (certificates are posted in the villa).
This system is only in operation in winter when the villa is unoccupied. Detectors are installed in front of the exits.
The detectors cannot take pictures if the alarm is not on. The alarm is never activated during rental periods (see GSI certificate).
- The gym is forbidden to unsupervised minors under the age of 16.
- The ground below the property has been landscaped with respect for its authenticity.
The steep, unsecured area beyond the gate at the bottom of the garden is accessible to tenants at their own risk. The owner of the property or the rental agency cannot be held liable if the access gate to this natural, unsafe area has been crossed by the tenant and/or those accompanying him/her.
