The 250 m² family home is built on three levels.
Entirely open to the outdoors and facing the sea, the living area offers spacious accommodations and a comfortable living room with a fireplace.
Overlooking the living room, the kitchen and dining area offer a beautiful sea view. A utility room/laundry room completes this level.
On the upper level, an air-conditioned master suite with a 180cm bed offers a bathroom
