This beautiful Villa of 180 m2 will seduce you with its privileged location, its comfort and its brightness.
It is ideally located in a quiet and wooded area at Le Canon, between basin and ocean. The ocean beaches are a 15-minute walk away as are the beaches of the Arcachon Basin.
During your stay, the use of the car will not be a necessity. The shops in the town center, the Piraillan market, restaurants and oyster huts will be easily accessible by bike or on foot.
Air conditioning in 2022
Surrounding a heated salt pool (from mid-April to October) with a large 200m2 teak terrace facing south with deckchairs not overlooked, the villa is warm, bright and well equipped. With its 8 to 10 beds, this house will be perfect for large families but also for groups of friends.
It consists of a large living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms with shower rooms.
On the ground floor around the teak terrace and the swimming pool, the living-dining room (40 m2) and the kitchen (15 m2).
Bedroom 1: On the ground floor also facing the swimming pool, a master bedroom (44 m2) with its dressing room, a double bedroom (1m60) and its bathroom (shower, bath, 2 sinks), separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: On the ground floor on the other side with small private terrace without vis-à-vis, a suite for friends with its bathroom (shower, 2 sinks) and double bed (1m40), separate toilet.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: On the 1st floor, two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (1m40) share a bathroom and toilet as well as an independent south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
