Villa Etxola (or "hut" in Basque) is a new architect-designed house in the typical wooden style of the region and located on the heights of the village of Le Canon. The house can accommodate up to 14 people with its 7 bedrooms between the main house and the pool house. Its location is ideal, 5 5-minute walk from the shops of Le Canon and its typical oyster village of the Bassin d'Arcachon, where you can taste oysters right on the water.
The property is characterised by its 2 buildings, its large landscaped garden, numerous covered and furnished outdoor terraces, a heated swimming pool and a petanque court. The layout is designed in different zones, all equipped with independent sound systems and furnished to create independent clusters for each and every moment of relaxation, play and sharing of convivial meals.

The whole space opens onto the terraces and the large garden overlooking the pool.
The first floor begins with an office and relaxation area and leads to the master bedroom (bed 180) with its shower room and toilet, and three guest bedrooms (beds 140), two of which with a shower room and one with a bathroom, all three sharing an independent toilet.
A pool house completes the property and includes two bedrooms (beds 140 and 160), the lower bedroom has a shower room and the upper bedroom has a bathroom, both adjoining; a separate toilet serves both bedrooms. The pool house is also a place to relax with a TV lounge upstairs and a summer kitchen to service the pool, the brazier and the petanque court.
The property, secured with a gate, has parking for two cars, a surf rack with shower and a charging station for electric bikes (charging of electric cars can be done on special request).
