A charming 4-bedroom villa with a private pool and fantastic views over the golf course and La Concha Mountain.
The villa is bright and spacious with all modern amenities. From the entrance, there are stairs leading to the dining/living area, which is on a different level from the second living/TV room. To the left is the kitchen, which has access to a charming terrace/breakfast area with views over the golf course.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and space to hang clothes and towels.
The mezzanine-level living room has a large TV and access to the covered terrace, where there is an outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and La Concha Mountain.
