You benefit from direct access to a wild beach and a health trail of about 6.5 km, with breathtaking views and a diversity of landscapes, allowing you to enjoy the joys of the sea and hiking.

You will be charmed by this magnificent typically Creole residence of 340m² over 2 levels, featuring a large surrounding terrace, an immense swimming pool of 10m by 6m, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 2.50m with salt filtration, a solarium equipped with 12 cushioned loungers that will allow you to savor these magnificent sunny days all year round.

The main villa of 340m² over 2 levels consists of:

- a brand new fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, steamer, blender, 3 coffee machines (Nespresso, Lavazza, and filter), kettle, and all the utensils for cooking and baking)

- a spacious and comfortable living room, with a large corner sofa that invites relaxation. A large connected TV (50 inches) providing access to all national and international channels. The living room is ideal for entertaining or relaxing after a good day of exploring our beautiful island of flowers.

- Each of our 6 air-conditioned bedrooms offers a private and spacious space, with large windows and shutters, a work desk, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with integrated toilet. You will appreciate the comfort of our cozy (king size) beds, which will allow you to enjoy sweet and peaceful nights in total silence and darkness.

The dependency consists of:

- You can also enjoy a bungalow (optional 100€/day) which offers a seventh air-conditioned bedroom (king size bed), a dressing room, a large desk (2 seats), as well as an en-suite bathroom and toilet. This bungalow is ideal for those seeking more privacy and comfort.

- You also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and an ironing board and iron set, along with a second freezer.

- The estate is also equipped with a fitness and weight training room, featuring modern machines suited to all levels. The room offers you a breathtaking view of the tropical garden surrounding the complex. You can enjoy nature while exercising, and then relax in the pool or the sea!
