It is the only waterfront villa in Vannes available for rent.
The garden of Villa M features a large cedar jacuzzi for 6 people. It's a secluded, shaded oasis of greenery from which you can watch beautiful sailboats glide by.
Villa M has been meticulously renovated by an architect and a landscape designer.
Its unique location allows you to completely forget about your car during your vacation: the coastal path below the garden leads to the historic center of Vannes, the medieval town, and the market, all just 800 meters away; and on the other side, also 800 meters away, you'll find the ferry terminal for the islands, where water taxis will take you daily to a different island: Arz, Île-aux-Moines, Ilur, Irus, Houat, Hoëdic...

The nearest beaches are: Larmor Gwened beach, 600m away, which is swimmable at high tide, and Conleau beach with its seawater pool, a 10-minute bike ride away. The local pastime is exploring a different small island each day, discovering idyllic little coves.
Water taxis will take you there, but you can also rent a boat right near the house (a Zodiac with or without a skipper) or set off on a kayaking adventure. The house is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen, an office/library, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (160 cm), one with three single beds (90 cm), and one with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC.
On the English-style basement level (with a window), a playroom offers the possibility of two additional sleeping spaces with two single beds. In the courtyard, you can park two or three cars, and in a cul-de-sac 50 meters away, you can also park for free.
The house is adjacent to a wintering center for sailboats, which causes no disturbance.
Weekly rental: from €3,000 to €4,500 per week depending on the season + €250 cleaning fee + €150 for linens, towels, and beds made upon arrival + tourist tax (€2.30 per person per day). Weekend stays are possible, only outside of peak season and for certain periods, starting from €1,500 + tax.
