The master bedroom is located on this floor, complete with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Large sliding doors give access to the balcony overlooking the gorgeous views.
A sweeping spiral staircase leads to the ground floor where one can enjoy a second living room, light and spacious with open fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with back kitchen and a further 3 double bedrooms. Each bedrooms has its own bathroom and gives direct access to the pool terrace with amazing panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and a South facing exposition, enjoying all-day sun.
