Architectural rebirth with minimalist design and interwar accents. The luxurious villa was built by renovating, consolidating, repartitioning, refurbishing and technically modernizing a small interwar block. The laundry room is set up in the basement, along with a room with a flexible function and access to an English courtyard. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with access to a terrace from the master bedroom. The two apartments located on the 2nd floor and attic comprise 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The remodeling and arrangement of the building was done with special attention paid to the smallest details. This involved, among other things, widening the glazed spaces to create bright rooms and managed to keep a special charm of the property. The exterior has been rebuilt using a combination of brick and corrugated iron. The generous space of the courtyard of the building allows the parking of 3 cars. The property has an additional rented parking space outside the courtyard.
