The grand and elegant 290 square meter apartment, in a typically Italian style, consists of a spacious living area comprising 3 rooms: a living room, dining room, and TV room. The 4-meter-high ceilings throughout the house feature significant stucco decorations. The original early 20th-century floors are made of beautiful marble granulated cementine. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, a fitness room, two bathrooms with bathtubs, one bathroom with a shower, and a large kitchen. The renovation aimed to preserve the charm and original style of the house, thus maintaining all the precious original decorations and respecting the beautiful and rational layout of the rooms. This was achieved with measured interventions to make it more functional and contemporary. The apartment has one main living room that boasts magnificent frescoes on the ceiling and original columns which date back to the 17th Century when the building was first constructed as a theatre.
