CALA DI SOLE is a charming two-level home, set on a landscaped, tree-filled plot with a swimming pool secured by a rolling cover. Bright, comfortable and fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate up to 10 guests with its five bedrooms and three shower rooms. Designed for stays with family or friends, the property is particularly well suited to two families, thanks to its two independent living areas, each with its own fully equipped kitchen and private entrance, connected by a central staircase. On the upper level, a spacious open entrance leads to the separate fully equipped kitchen and a large living area comprising a sea-facing office, a dining area and a living room with fireplace. This space opens onto a wide terrace running the length of the house, offering spectacular views over the sea, the Sanguinaires Islands and the swimming pool. The sleeping area on this level includes three bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private shower room, as well as a second shower room with WC. All bedrooms enjoy direct access to a terrace. The lower level features a second living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, two bedrooms and a shower room. This area opens onto a shaded terrace facing the sea, intentionally more intimate and set apart from the main terrace.
