On the ground floor, you will experience the charm of a warm and authentic past thanks to the beautiful period furniture. You will have access to the old kitchen, a magnificent dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a very beautiful living room with its period tiles. The other ambiance, on the first floor, is more contemporary and offers a large open living space that is bright, where you will find a lounge, dining room, American kitchen, and access to 2 bedrooms with mezzanine. You will find all the comfort and can fully enjoy the soul of this house, allowing everyone to find a quiet and cool place whenever you wish. It's summer, it's hot, and the garden awaits you with its beautiful 10 by 3 meter swimming pool, the sun loungers are in place. The large pergola is stretched over the family dining table where you will have the joy of sharing your big meals in a lovely friendly atmosphere. In the shade of the venerable Cedar of Lebanon, classified as a historic monument, you can contemplate this large garden from the terrace and reign as the master of the place for as long as you wish, but do not lose sight of the fact that many activities and beautiful discoveries are waiting for you.

The Villa Signature, nestled in a private and secure development, offers you an exceptional stay. The main house features 5 bedrooms, including 4 master suites, all designed with particular care. The adjoining apartment, with its 2 additional bedrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. The exterior setting is a tropical paradise, with a Bali stone pool surrounded by greenery. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, relax in the private jacuzzi, or have fun on one of the petanque courts. The villa also boasts a cinema room for unforgettable entertainment moments. The interior decor combines elegance and modernity, highlighting illustrations by contemporary designers. The fully equipped summer kitchen and outdoor spaces offer endless possibilities for convivial al fresco dining. For stays of a week or more, a 4-hour cleaning service is provided mid-stay, ensuring impeccable cleanliness throughout your visit. Breakfast offers are available for all guests, and a laundry/pressing service can be arranged through our concierge. The pool is heated from April to October, within the technical limits of the heat pump, ensuring a pleasant swim even outside the summer months. To secure your stay, a €5000 security deposit will be requested 48 hours before your arrival, in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit card. This amount will be released 7 days after check-out if the property is returned in good condition. This process complies with the rules of booking platforms.
