L’Isle sur la Sorgue is a pretty town well liked by tourists. It contains several canals fed by the Sorgue, giving it a unique charm. You can discover the spectacle of the « parting of the waters » approximately 1 km upstream from the city. Also the river splits in two and forms a shaded body of water on which plane trees and an abundance of greenery are reflected… Its Sunday market is also very famous.
