There is a little farm that produces wine, vegetables and fruit, a heated pool, and a floating dock for water sports. More over there is a footpath for private access to your own pebble beach but what’s most intriguing, is that the Villa comes with three boats, a malibu speedboat, a skippered Riva, and a tender boat. Fully serviced with luxurious interiors that feel almost Tuscan, the Villa indoor and outdoor areas are decorated with such attention to detail that will be loved at first sight. Services included here at Norma are chef services, concierge services and a villa manager, as well as a skipper and captain with the boats.
