The fully equipped kitchen and the living room are joined together and form a large space of 65 m2 with high ceilings. The 18th century fireplace in the living room as well as the contemporary decoration brings a lot of charm to this volume crossed by light. 5 bedrooms have a Queen size bed (160 cm), wardrobe and storage. A last bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 cm). The indoor dining area is spacious and can accommodate up to 12 people. Outside you will find the swimming pool area which is fully fenced and extends over more than 400 m2. The 5 by 14 meter pool is equipped with an electric rolling shutter, latest-generation UV filtration and two access stairs. The pool is heated and lighted. To the south of the house, the large terrace is protected from the sun by a covered pergola. It can accommodate the garden furniture as well as the dining area that can accommodate 12 people.
