Villa Tranquility - Luxury villa from the 50's. The villa is located 500 meters from the famous Piazzetta and 10 minutes from the beaches of Marina Piccola. The area is very central close to the road for taxis and buses and 3 minutes from the supermarket. The villa has WIFI, TV and air conditioning, 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 10. The villa hosted some of Capri's most celebrated celebrity parties and is a haven for luxury, privacy and exclusivity. Despite being in the heart if Capri t is an exclusive oasis of tranquility with classic interiors of the 50s and luxurious antique furniture. The villa has a lovely garden with a comfortable outdoor living space. The well-kept garden is about 500 square meters and boasts a number of Mediterranean plants, in the garden there is a 4 meter hydro-massage bath. The villa is divided into two independent levels - upper and lower - and is connected by the common garden. It consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms, a formal dining room, a lounge and a very spacious rooftop terrace, making this property an ideal retreat for large families and/or a group of friends. The upper level; Entrance of the villa opens onto the upper and main living space of the villa. Passing through a small corridor you enter a spacious and finely furnished living room with high domed ceilings, with patio doors opening onto a large furnished terrace overlooking the sea. Through a series of glass French doors, you have direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second bedroom also enjoys an en-suite bathroom and separate walk-in closet with an additional single bed, ideal for a child or teenager. Views from the window are of the surrounding gardens. The lower floor also enjoys independent access to the street. Entering the apartment, you will find a cozy living room, 3 bedrooms two double and one twin. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the third bathroom has a large shower room. The lower level also houses a separate service area with a washing machine, sink and everything you need for basic cleaning. All the modern comforts you are used to at home, such as TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are located in the villa. Villa 4 Imperatori is located in the extraordinary setting of Marina Piccola on the southern part of the Island of Capri. Built in the 1930's, the villa has an incomparable charm with its busts of Tiberius, Marcus Aurelius, Cesar Augustus and Nero emerging from the terraces, its numerous archeological treasures embedded in the facade and its eclectic collection of objects, ceramics, books. It combines elegance, comfort and simplicity. The house totals 175m2 and consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with a view, 1 with no view but benefiting from a private roof terrace and shower with a view) with en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, plus a storage and a laundry room. The housekeeper cleans every day in the mid-afternoon for 2 hours and takes care of the laundry. The house is surrounded by 350 m2 of terraces spread over 2 levels, a garden of 60m2, and a pool of 28m2. The property faces South and receives full sun from the early morning till 3:00 pm. It is then shaded by Mount Solaro after that, allowing the house to refresh. Guests of the villa will mostly spend the day on the large outside terraces, in the small shaded garden and in the pool, as the view is breathtaking, a real postcard with the famous Faraglioni in the background. There are plenty of tables, chairs, lounge chairs and sofas to eat, read, debate, dream and sleep. The pool disinfection system is salt-based, chlorine free. As a family home, the house has all the expected amenities: a small but fully equipped kitchen, elegant still simple furniture, ceramics, art and books. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two benefit from the exceptional view, with a direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom has no view (window to a small inside courtyard) but in exchange benefits from a private roof terrace with an outside shower and the view. All three bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom, comfortable queen size beds, air-conditioning, and are furnished with the 'well-bred' taste of the owners. The fourth bedroom on the roof terrace is the owner's favorite. It has the same characteristics as the other bedrooms, with that poetic charm of being a bit closer to the sky. The house is located 5 minutes' walk to the roundabout of the Due Golfi, and 15 minutes' walk from the Piazzetta. It is accessible by bike (4 electrical bikes are at disposal) or rented motorbike, and by taxi. A good Wi-Fi system is in place, but Capri is lagging in terms of fiber connectivity so expect easy videoconferences and calls, but slow movie loading. Please note: the home is not appropriate for small children, the terraces and the pool do not offer sufficient protection against accidental falls.

Immersed in the magnificent garden we find a pergotenda, equipped with a very comfortable lounge inside where you can chat and read a book even late at night as it is equipped with lighting. The house has two dining areas, one inside and one outside; the external one has a table made entirely of painted majolica and an electrically controlled sail-shaped awning ready to shelter from the sun. The internal dining area is directly connected to the living room where there is a large wooden bookcase and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including a Nespresso machine and an ice machine. The property also has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer equipped with a service bathroom. The Villa has two entrances: one exclusively pedestrian which connects to the center of Anacapri in 4 minutes by foot, and one which can be accessed directly by car.
