The Masseria, the name for a traditional farmhouse in this area, is situated upon 173 acres of land with ancient olive trees, lemon groves, fruit trees, organic vegetable garden and plants of different species typical of the Mediterranean area. The property, surrounded by fruit trees, includes an oversized pool which connects to a large jacuzzi. The adjacent pool house is equipped with a full kitchen, an al fresco dining area, a gym, a hammam, a changing area and a full-size bath area. The interior of the villa presents the style of the typical old Masserias of Puglia, combined with the comfort of modern renovation. The ground floor, with two courtyards, consists of a reading room, a TV room which leads to the large living area with a fireplace, perfect place for hosting venues and receptions that opens directly to the inner courtyard where the lemon grove is situated. Trulli Gemma is a holiday home located in Puglia, within the Valle d'Itria district (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The entire property is located in two adjacent agricultural lands of about 2 hectares, planted with olive groves and almond groves, as well as parts with plants, hedges and ornamental shrubs. The residential part consists of a series of trulli and a lamia: the main building typical of the area, made up of 7 cones and further rooms and the dependance, a separate and adjoining building. The main villa can accommodate 6 people. The main entrance leads into the living room, with a decorative fireplace, sofa and armchairs; the right side alcove (small cone) houses a table with seats, the one on the left, the internal kitchen. From the living room an opening leads to the three double bedrooms; the Master Suite, composed of a central alcove with King bed, bathroom with shower, and furnished side alcoves, one of which is used as a wardrobe room with single bed; the Stone, composed of a Queen bed and a bathroom with shower; the Black and White, composed of a Queen bed and a bathroom with shower. All double bedrooms have an independent exit to the outside. The covered veranda is incorporated into the Trulli where a large dining table is placed; the wood-burning stove, the wood-burning oven, the (main) kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 gas burners, electric oven, dishwasher, wood-burning oven and various utensils. The swimming pool, a counter with sink and washing machine, an outdoor shower, a covered gazebo, a games area with bowls and table tennis complete the facilities at the service of the structure. The Dependance can accommodate 2 people. It is composed of an adjoining covered veranda, kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower. The two housing units can accommodate a total of 8 adults in 4 double bedrooms with their own bathroom and 2 children in two single rooms. They can only be booked for a homogeneous group of guests, in order to ensure exclusive use and total privacy.
