In the hills of Palombaggia, in the heart of a beautiful landscaped parc of 5000 m2, this magnificent architectural villa of a contemporary style enjoys exceptional sea views. A beautiful single level villa with total living area of 380 m2 and spacious interiors. To the right of the villa entrance there is a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms or shower rooms, and a master room with its own dressing and bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. To the left of the villa entrance the hall opens to : a spacious lounge overlooking the sea, TV lounge, open plan kitchen (cellar/laundry room) overlooking the dinning room. All the rooms of this villa are very bright thanks to large sliding bay windows opening to the terraces with sea views. On the first floor, an independent bedroom, equipped with a shower room and a hammam has a large terrace facing the sea.  At the bottom of the property, two independent bedrooms each with a shower room complete the ensemble.
