Podere Quercia is a stunning property set in the Val d'Orcia. From the house and from the infinity swimming pool one can enjoy breath-taking views over the Tuscan country side and the town of Montalcino. The house has been totally restored and refurbished to a very high standard with a tasteful combination of antique furniture and modern comfort, such as air-conditioning in all the rooms and a small gym. All the rooms have their own bathroom and are air-conditioned. Three of the four bedrooms are in the main house and a fourth bedroom is in the annex. This annex has a little kitchen with a small fridge, water, a water cooker and a coffee maker. Also you will find a little terrace with two chairs and a table where you can sit and enjoy the view overlooking the valley all the way up to Montalcino. The kitchen is very well equipped with two dishwashers, an oven, microwave, and various kitchen machinery, as well as two refrigerators and one freezer. There is an office space with a printer available and in the one of the annexes you will find a washing machine and a dryer as well as space to dry and iron your clothes. As a pass-time you can walk around the property. The village is approximately 5-10 minutes away by car where you can find a few shops and restaurants. The area is wonderful for cycling and hiking if you would want to, or to explore the most beautiful small towns throughout the Val d'Orcia, such as Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni and ofcourse Siena, with it's famous Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. Following the recent renovation, the owners have managed to sensitively maximize the ancient architectural features, ensuring comfort and finishings that are suitable for modern requirements.

Podere Celamonti is a splendid villa situated on a hill in the heart of Val d'Orcia. The property consists of two interconnected sections totaling 800 square meters, one facing north and the other south. Built from a ruin and completed in 2021, the house offers all modern comforts while retaining typical architectural features of the area, characterized by three main materials: brick, stone, and wood. The entrance hall, with wooden stairs leading to the bedrooms, resembles a medieval Sienese tower. The spacious living area, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a large table for 14 people, opens directly onto the indoor travertine pool.
