Magnificent Sea View Villa with a beautiful shaded swimming pool, a very large sea view terrace, with 3 relaxation and dining areas. The terrace is protected by 3 large canvases on half of the surface (not visible on the photos). The villa includes a large equipped kitchen, a small dining area, a hallway with storage cupboard and toilet, then a large living room with sofa, table football and library. On level -1, there are the 3 bedrooms and their 3 bathrooms. The large bedroom is very spacious and bright with pink linen, the desk and the large dressing room and its two French windows. The second bedroom, smaller but very romantic, with two pretty bedside tables and its pretty lacquered chest of drawers. The third bedroom at the back with the large low bed in 180, the dressing room and the single bed (old style). Each bedroom has a shower room either in the bedroom or opposite for the small bedroom. FAMILY VILLA IN LA CRAU 4 bedrooms/8 people (2 double beds and 4 single beds) Available from Saturday 29/06 to Saturday 03/08 and from Saturday 17/08 to 31/08 Weekly booking, from Saturday to Saturday only, except for exceptions on a request for long stays of more than 2 weeks. The villa is managed in the summer by the concierge so Sweet Provence. Sabrina will greet you on arrival, show you the house, and explain the use of the equipment and the alarm of the swimming-pool. The stays are reserved for families who want to experience a quiet holiday and not to party. The neighborhood is friendly and the environment very quiet and we want to preserve them. Out of respect for the neighborhood, it is requested not to make noise after 9:30 p.m., to put the music in a moderate way, i.e. not all the time and not loudly, and not to play/shout in the pool after 9:00 p.m. It is not allowed to receive visitors to sleep there at night, nor is it allowed to have more than 4 guests during the day. A deposit of 2000€ will be requested by the concierge a few days before your arrival. This is a bank loan and not a direct debit.
