It is located in the middle of the large beach of Ile-aux-Moines, which happens to be the only beach on the island, swimmable throughout the day. The large terrace, which overlooks the sea, offers a 180° view of the Gulf of Morbihan and its small islands. All day beautiful sailboats will come and pass before your eyes. All you have to do is push the gate to access the beach. Two sailing clubs at the foot of the house offer courses from 5 years old as well as rental of catamarans, boards, kayaks or zodiacs. The house has a large and beautiful landscaped garden of approximately 1000m2 completely fenced, and planted with century-old pines and fruit trees. The living room opens onto the large terrace which offers a view you never tire of. The living room has an insert fireplace.
