House Montier-en-Der (52)
A riverside holiday home in the Blaise Valley, Haute-Marne. The property is five minutes from Sommevoire, in a small rural commune with fewer than 100 inhabitants. Situated in the centre of the village, alongside a stone bridge over the River Blaise and a path only for local residents, it has a small garden with a well, enclosed by wrought-iron railings that close the garden off from the street, and a terrace at the back in front of the garden just above the river.

House Joinville (52)
An 18th century mansion in a small medieval town in the Champagne region. At the foot of the hill of the former chateau of the Dukes of Lorraine, the townhouse stands not far from the church of Notre-Dame and its maze of narrow, winding cobbled streets, typical of medieval towns. The property comprises two plots of land at different elevations, with the buildings set around a courtyard of approx. 71 m², along the street level, and a terraced garden with an outbuilding on the upper level. A wooden walkway on stilts and a stone staircase connect the two sections. A previous building depicted on the 16th century town map stood on the street at that time and had two lookouts rising from the roof on either side of the facade. Today, these elements have disappeared, but the two wings on the courtyard side remain, one of which still retains the spiral staircase and the former kitchen buildings at the back of the courtyard. The wing at right angles features a sculpted recess with pediment and pilasters and a statue of the Virgin and Child, probably dating from the 16th century. The 18th century project involved rebuilding the street and rear facades, which probably served to add depth the dwelling towards the courtyard.

Mill Troyes (10)
A historical property and events venue that includes an old watermill, nestled in a bucolic landscape, two hours south-east of Paris. A hard-surfaced lane surrounded by a millrace and meadows leads to a central court around which three fine constructions stand: a watermill, a miller’s house and a recently built barn. The river runs across the whole property, beneath willows, alders and ashes that grow here and there. Secondary branches of the river provide water for a series of pools. The mill enjoys the right to use the river water. A pond further underlines the strong presence of water on this eight-hectare property mainly made up of meadows.

House with terrace Colombey-les-Deux-Eglises (52)
Situated in the heart of a village that is emblematic of French history, this 51-acre property is just a few steps away from attractive places that are popular with visitors, notably the famous Croix de Lorraine. Its various buildings, from which emanate all the cachet of the old, cover 1,000 m² (1,076 sq ft). Charles De Gaulle, whose residence is just a few steps away, is even said to have said these words about the place: 'There, I restore my serenity'. The complex is composed of four independent buildings. The main house has been carefully renovated to highlight all its character assets: woodwork, parquet floors, floor tiles, travertine, fireplaces and French ceilings immerse the visitor in a warm and unique atmosphere. From the entrance on the courtyard side, the tone is set by the majesty of its volumes, its solid oak and terracotta staircase which leads to the reception rooms with access to the garden. The main rooms are an entrance hall, a large lounge, two small lounges, a dining room, a large kitchen and a study. On the ground floor of this building are six beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms. A master suite is located on the upper level. A secondary house with two magnificent bedrooms and their bathrooms and a four-room flat with authentic charm also takes place on the estate. An unfinished barn with an impressive roof structure and a commercial space offer additional possibilities for development. The charm and beauty of the perfectly maintained estate with its landscaped garden is ideal for living as a main or secondary residence and could also be used for tourism, seasonal rental or events. The estate can be immediately profitable with the operation of a restaurant with an international reputation; it can also be divided into several lots.
