The second level, “The Sports Complex”, is a self-contained unit with two bedrooms, an open concept living/dining/kitchen space, two bathrooms, one with laundry facilities. “Ocean” themed, the third floor consists of two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. The fourth level – “Hollywood Movies” – has two bedrooms (one with triple bunk beds), a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. Each floor has its own private porch with views to die for.
The top floor is open to the tropical breezes with a plethora of games for all ages: 3000 a rcade games, ping pong, corn hole, miniature golf, disc golf, and even a pirate ship to play in. Furnished with two wood bar s (one with a sink) , two 55” TVs for gaming or watching back-to-back sports , a hammock, tables, and lounge chairs , it is designed to simply while away the hours.
The inviting 14 x 14 ft pool with color changing LED lights and a unique dolphin fountain is nestled in the lush gardens packed full of tropical plants and flowers.
Also, on the same site, is a finished engineered concrete foundation for another 6-storey hotel building (already permitted) with a 30,000-gallon cistern for rainwater catchment, a large bodega and 4 car finished 16 ft high garage with a loft to store tools and water toys. There’s even a well fed by three freshwater streams.
