SOIL CLASSIFICATION As contained in the municipal report, the three parent estates: Casa Nueva del Enebrillo Bajo, Los Angeles del Enebrillo y el Mirador, according to the current Law on Soil could be grouped into two plots classified as: Plot A of the Bajo Enebrillo – URBANIZABLE FLOOR NOT SECTORIZED Plot B of the Low Enebrillo – NON-URBANIZABLE FLOOR OF PROTECTION The planning in force in the City Council of Torrelodones are the Municipal Subsidiary Rules of 16/10/1997, which are currently under review. DESCRIPTION OF THE MAIN HOUSE The original estate had a consolidated and well-preserved architectural complex to this day, which we call La Casa Nueva del Enebrillo Bajo, a historical, inventoried and high heritage value set that we now call Casa 1. Its vernacular and historicalist architecture is full of popular details such as eaves, ornamental bars, sculptures, turrets, bell towers, etc. The main house formed on a single floor is supported by a basic meaning topped with granite ashlars and develops around a patio of square proportions to which the rooms of the house are overlooked distributed in four distinct areas. The whole set retains the flavor and patina of time and although the whole is lived it is evident the necessary updating of some of its facilities. Casa Principal is surrounded by a well-kept Spanish garden, fenced in and located on two levels surrounding the house with its dirt gardens and manicured trees. On the lower level of the garden, the pool is located, conceived as a very independent area of the house, landscaped and with large meadow spaces. A pavilion containing the changing rooms, kitchen and porch are given by all the comforts, enjoying, with great privacy, unbeatable views over the Sierra del Guadarrama and El Escorial. DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE OF INVITES The Guest House, is composed of a consolidated construction corresponding to a detached house developed in the 70s and located on a plot bounded by a well-kept garden independent of the Main House. The Guest House is distributed on a ground floor located on a slightly raised platform of the land, which generates a west facade that allows access to a basement floor intended to locate the services of the house and the garage. Thus the house is developed on the ground floor on a constructed area of 255 m2 – TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY AND FIVE square meters and in the basement in another 260 m2 –TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY square meters.
