House Silves (Portugal)

Located in Benaciate, in the parish of São Bartolomeu de Messines, Silves, this traditional style country house sits on a 7000-square-meter plot of land, with 633 square meters of gross construction area, and features unobstructed views over the countryside and the mountains. It faces north, east, south and west. The property is walled and protected with an intrusion alarm system; the entrance has an automatic gate that leads to three covered parking spaces and a closed garage for one car. After climbing a small set of stairs, we reach the covered terrace that embraces the entire villa to the south. There is a vast garden with automatic irrigation and lighting, where we can find centenary olive and carob trees, as well as a large Portuguese sidewalk courtyard for outdoor dining. Another door leads to the 122-square-meter covered terrace facing north. From this division, we can go down to the ground floor. The ground floor features two bathrooms with shower, and two bedrooms. There is also access to another large living room with bathroom and shutters to access the pool. The villa has a cistern, access to a borehole, and water from the company, and can be used for tourism. 40 minutes away from Faro Airport, 18 minutes away from Silves and the Arade Dam.
