House Faro (Portugal)

Independent 4-bedroom villa with sea views located in the Portuguese Algarve mountains in the Estoi area. Upon entering the house we come across an inviting entrance hall that leads to two bedrooms, both with plenty of natural light, plenty of storage through built-in cupboards and a large guest bathroom between them. From the back of the entrance hall, the inviting panoramic view over the sea takes us to a generous open space living room, comprising a kitchen and island equipped with state-of-the-art appliances with plenty of storage and ergonomically constructed to merge with the lines modern elements of your interior space. The stairs inside take us to the first floor of this house where we can find the bathroom supporting this floor together with two magnificent bedrooms, facing south with plenty of external lighting, resulting from its huge windows and large independent terraces to each of these rooms, thus providing a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. Inside, there was a main concern with comfort where we can find air conditioning in all rooms of the house, also a new investment in the entire floor, being in cork (Wicanders), also the new roof covering and the replacement of all windows to double glazing with solar and thermal protection. We can find radiant/heated floors in one of the rooms on the first floor, with water heating done through photovoltaic solar panels. Its surrounding land, composed mainly of low consumption vegetation and fruit trees typical of the region, surrounds and merges this house with the surrounding environment.
