If we return to the entrance hall, we find a concrete staircase that leads us to the upper floor which consists of two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and access to the terraces. In this part of the house the views are spectacular.The outside area is surrounded by fruit trees, olive, lemon and palm trees,  garden, automatic irrigation system and a printed concrete parking area, an easy to maintain complex.If I had not entered this VILLA, I would never have imagined that it would be the perfect house to live in, for large families or simply for those people who want to have everything under control without leaving anything to chance, enjoy comfort, views and proximity to all the services that Javea has to offer.
