The south-facing house was constructed on a plot of approx. 20,000 m2 enclosed by an old stone wall and impresses with its individuality and design as well as the innovative, energy-efficient construction methods.~On the ground floor, with a living area of approx. 185 m2, there are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a utility room, a bathroom and a guest toilet, an open, light-flooded living-dining room, as well as a partly furnished kitchen.~The living room leads directly to the covered terrace of approx. 45 m2 and to the barbecue area, which is located in front of the garage and another guest toilet. From here the view wanders to the swimming pool, which has an impressive size of 48 m2 under the old building regulations.~On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a sunny terrace of approx. 46 m2.~This energy-efficient house was built with a highly insulating system and is equipped with Climalit windows. Electricity is produced by 24 photovoltaic units, with a power generation of 13.9 KW and storage via lithium batteries. In addition, the house is equipped with an air heat pump (aerothermal system) and underfloor heating.~Two cisterns (1 for the house, 1 for the garden/pool) with a total size of approx. 40,000l have been installed, the rainwater is fed into the garden cistern. It is also possible to install a system for extracting drinking water from the air. ~A crawl space under the house, where pipes and power lines are located and easily accessible in case of damage, completes the efficiency of this building.~A little away from the house there is a small, registered hut made of natural stone walls of about 20m2. Electricity and water have been laid up to the hut, so that a small guest apartment, a studio, hobby room or the like could be created there.~In this project, the focus was on both sustainability and energy efficiency, as well as a modern and luxurious custom design. ~As this house is nearing completion, some customer wishes can still be taken into account.~
