It is ideally located within a five minute drive of the pretty medieval village of Valbonne, just 20 minutes to Cannes and the beaches of the coast and half an hour from Nice airport. Light and very spacious, the property is ideal for a group of family or friends, as it offers plenty of space to be together and yet enjoy privacy. The bedrooms are spread over three floors so perfect for two or three generations. The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi and satellite TV as well as a huge games room with billiards table, well-equipped gym and home cinema with extensive film library. The property is set within a sweeping 5000m2 garden, consisting of a barbecue area and shaded outdoor dining terrace overlooking a sheltered pool terrace with 9m pool (can be heated) with steps into the shallow end and a seat around the edge.
