| ADRIATIC COAST & THE MARCHES | For many years Villa Giulia was the summer residence of Luciano Pavarotti, the last of the great Italian opera singers to conquer the world. This is the place where the maestro studied the operas he was going to record and received many illustrious guests. The family has decided to make it possible for anyone who wishes to experience the emotions that still fill this villa to spend a holiday here. Villa Giulia is situated on a hill that slopes gently down to the beach and sea, set within a 12 hectare fenced park which also has a tennis court and a nature walk for relaxing strolls. The property consists of two buildings, the villa and an annex located alongside the main house which has five bedrooms, a music room with the piano the maestro used to use, and a fully equipped gym. The arcade around the villa is provided with outdoor lounge furniture and tables for eating “al fresco”. The private swimming pool is located in the garden at the front. In the summer, the outdoor areas, all of which offer beautiful views of the sea, become the heart and soul of the residence, so that everyone can participate in the social life of the villa. It is possible to walk to the beach from the entrance drive. This is a public beach with organized bathing establishments. The characteristic historical center of Pesaro is around 2 Km away.

The island of Ischia is full of excellent restaurants and of many well-known thermal resorts. Ischia offers a wealth of spectacular scenery and of archaeological remains that make it one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in the mediterranean. Punta Caruso nests in the cliffs on the promontory called Punta Caruso in a unique position among copses of mediterranean scrub, large panoramic terraces and rocks that have been carefully worked to allow easy access to the crystal-clear sea. The villa has been enclosed on all sides and access to the property is via an automatic gate that leads into the parking area, and from there you go down a short flight of steps to reach the property which looks entirely towards the sea.

LAKE COMO The villa overlooks the lake in a setting which is enhanced by a wonderful 10,000 sq. meter park, a characteristic oval swimming pool, a jetty with one covered and one uncovered boat space and a spacious panoramic terrace furnished with outdoor lounges and dining tables. The residence, which is still lived in, is completely furnished with period pieces as well as items of modern design, the result of the good taste of the current owners. The villa has WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms. Numerous services are included in the price: daily cleaning of the bedrooms, daily preparation of continental breakfast and of one meal -either lunch or supper; the cost of the food and beverages should be paid separately. The kitchen, service area and laundry are for the exclusive use of the villa staff. It is possible to request the preparation of a third meal at an extra cost per person.
