The house totals 175m2 and consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with a view, 1 with no view but benefiting from a private roof terrace and shower with a view) with en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, plus a storage and a laundry room. The housekeeper cleans every day in the mid-afternoon for 2 hours and takes care of the laundry. The house is surrounded by 350 m2 of terraces spread over 2 levels, a garden of 60m2, and a pool of 28m2. The property faces South and receives full sun from the early morning till 3:00 pm. It is then shaded by Mount Solaro after that, allowing the house to refresh. A good Wi-Fi system is in place, but Capri is lagging in terms of fiber connectivity so expect easy videoconferences and calls, but slow movie loading.
