Built in 1611, Château de Monferrier is an elegant historic residence of approximately 1,000 m², set within 21 hectares of private grounds in the Dordogne. The château itself accommodates up to 14 guests in 8 bedrooms. Two separate pavilions, each accommodating a further 2 guests, can be rented in addition, bringing the total capacity of the estate to 18 guests. The property also features a magnificent 16 × 8 metre heated private swimming pool and enjoys far-reaching 180-degree views across the surrounding countryside. Remarkably well preserved over the centuries, the château has had only five owners since it was built.
