luxury apartments / penthouses with reception room for rent Florence, Italy

In the authentic heart of Florence's Oltrarno district, within a prestigious historic palazzo and on the piano nobile (the main noble floor), lies this charming representative apartment that perfectly preserves the timeless character of the great Tuscan residential tradition. The apartment, partially furnished and fully air-conditioned, stands out for its harmonious blend of historic elegance and contemporary comfort. The formal entrance leads into a spacious living room enhanced by an antique fireplace, a highly atmospheric space opening onto charming views of a carefully maintained internal courtyard, ensuring both light and tranquility. The dining room, bright and impressive, features large windows overlooking Via Santo Spirito, one of the most captivating and authentic streets in the city. The sleeping area offers three refined double bedrooms, two of which include en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, particularly bright, opens directly onto a pleasant private terrace-an intimate outdoor space ideal for relaxing moments in the quiet of the historic center. An additional versatile room may be used as a TV lounge, private study, or games room. The large masonry kitchen, characterized by an authentic and convivial atmosphere, leads to a covered terrace. The service area is arranged on a mezzanine level and includes a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom. Completing the property is a valuable adjacent covered parking space-an extremely rare and sought-after feature in the heart of historic Florence.
