luxury furnished houses for rent Bainbridge Island, United States

There is something unmistakably Bainbridge about Rose Loop. Tucked above Eagle Harbor and just minutes from Winslow, this established island neighborhood feels private and peaceful while keeping town, the ferry, beaches, and everyday conveniences close at hand. Set on a usable .71-acre parcel, 5930 Rose Loop NE takes full advantage of its setting with beautiful views across Eagle Harbor and outdoor spaces designed to enjoy them. Morning coffee on the front deck comes with the harbor as a backdrop, while the private backyard offers room to garden, gather, play, or simply enjoy the surrounding mature landscape. Originally built in the 1950s, the home underwent an extensive 2016 renovation down to the studs, including updated plumbing, electrical, roof, windows, kitchen, and baths. Original oak hardwood floors preserve the warmth and character of the home, while large windows bring the water views into the living spaces. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, and the kitchen and dining area are designed for both everyday life and entertaining. The primary suite enjoys its own harbor outlook, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Two bedrooms and primarily single-level living make the floor plan comfortable as it stands, while the property offers intriguing possibilities for the future. An unfinished basement, attached two-car carport, separate garage, generous storage, and prior feasibility work exploring expansion add flexibility rarely found this close to town. Whether envisioned as a full-time island home, a Bainbridge retreat, or a property to make even more your own over time, Rose Loop offers an uncommon combination of water views, land, character, and location.
