A sophisticated 18th-century residence in a panoramic position on the hills of Stresa, with an enchanting view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. This charming 18th-century villa combines history, art, and comfort through rooms rich in scenographic details: gold-leaf walls, onyx floors, fine marble bathrooms, and Murano glass chandeliers. The property enjoys a commanding position, with spectacular views from every room. The elegant gold and onyx entrance leads to a spacious living room with a fireplace and a terrace overlooking the private park. The living area includes a dining room with access to an infinity terrace overlooking the lake and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, also accessible by elevator, are the bedrooms inspired by different cultures: the African bedroom with terraces and a walk-in closet, and the Indian bedroom with a hot tub and private sauna. Additional guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. The basement houses a wellness area with a gym and laundry room and could be converted into an annex. Outside, historic caves connect the terraced garden to the infinity pool, nestled in the tranquil greenery. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
