The two apartments located on the 2nd floor and attic comprise 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The remodeling and arrangement of the building was done with special attention paid to the smallest details. This involved, among other things, widening the glazed spaces to create bright rooms and managed to keep a special charm of the property. The exterior has been rebuilt using a combination of brick and corrugated iron. The generous space of the courtyard of the building allows the parking of 3 cars. The property has an additional rented parking space outside the courtyard.
