All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, private bathroom and air conditioning. Wifi throughout the property. The villa also has a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The lower floor includes a large two-car garage, the laundry room and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the exclusive use of the villa staff. A 70m driveway takes you to the beach with a private shed. There are also approximately 4-5 outdoor parking spaces and 1 garage for 2 cars. Staff can be available upon request. Minimum rental duration 1 month.
