GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE CHATEAU This walled country estate is located about 50 km (31 miles) north east of Paris. It is easily accessible by train from Paris (40 minutes), by bus from the International Airport Charles de Gaulle, and of course by car from all directions. A caretaker couple lives in a separate house on the grounds. Next to the Courtyard there is also a huge dovecote and a small, partly subterranean, prison.
