Located 12 miles east of Seymour, TX and south off of FM 422 is the historic Green Ranch. The ranch has been in the family for several generations and is now being offered for sale. Surrounded by larger ranches, this historic ranch is a great combination property to utilize the property for running cattle and as a recreational hunting ranch. The ranch lies 1.3 miles south of FM 422 and is accessed by a 35 ft deeded access easement through the neighbor’s property.
