House Marseille 8th (13)
A Mediterranean city house from the 1920s, fully renovated in a modern style with a swimming pool, nestled in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, five minutes from a beach. The house lies at the end of its plot where it looks out over its small garden with a terrace and swimming pool. It offers a floor area of around 135m² with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a ground floor and a first floor. A closed garage stands beside the entrance that leads into the property. A single car can be parked inside this garage. The dwelling adjoins another house on one side. The property is not at all overlooked. The dwelling was initially built of rubble stone and dressed stone in a rectangular shape with a gable roof. Later, the house was redesigned with a structure of hollow concrete blocks and a roof terrace. The building has a ground floor and a first floor. Its facade is coated with pale rendering. On the right there is the entrance door and on the left there is a broad sliding picture window with a metal frame and double glazing. Upstairs, there are two rectangular windows that also have double glazing. The facade is in aesthetic harmony with the garage that stands opposite it. It combines black and white tones, bold lines and a plain appearance.
