House Formentera (Spain)

This is a charming old estate, in excellent condition, with a spacious annex and a large garage, the latter being of more recent construction. Located within the Illetas Natural Park in a protected and non-buildable area, it is 400 m from the beach and 1,200 m from the village of La Savina.
The location is fantastic, as can be seen in the photos, practically 'pieds dans l'eau', on a beautiful landscaped plot of 6,048 m² with various types of native plants (including carob trees, junipers, bougainvilleas, agaves, etc.) and a maritime pine forest that extends to the water.

Access is from the main road that goes from La Savina to Es Pujols, with a private entrance and fence.
