House with terraceel Masnou (Spain)

We present for our clients this impressive Indian house located on the seafront.~~By observing its façade we can get a slight idea of what its interior will be like and once we have toured each of its corners, it is spectacular. More than a house it is a large home in which there is room for a large family and even for four generations, as is the case.~~The house is distributed over three floors. This area, thanks to its characteristic arched windows, its light, the fireplace and that air of industrial style that they have contributed, has managed to create a cozy atmosphere, in addition, thanks to the height of its ceilings, it has allowed to create a loft with an open bedroom. On the same floor, on the other side of the distributor there are two more double bedrooms, with their respective bathroom and with access to a small terrace.~~The house stands out for its spaciousness of spaces and its high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, parquet floors, the beautiful staircase with wrought iron railing and wood, the large windows, a totally private patio, terrace, fitted wardrobes, heating, etc.~~It has a parking space for rent in the back street, but there is also the possibility of creating a parking in the house, but for this you would have to do without the bedroom on the main floor or steal a few meters from the patio.~~It is also worth mentioning, that with the new NII project and once it has been completed, it will provide added value and very beneficial to the property.
