Perpendicular to the road, with a yard more than generous for its almost 6 hectares, the mansion lends itself to a use in tune with the requirements of today; it can become a private residence, tourist unit, cultural center, restaurant or agricultural development. The village of Drăuț, whose name has aroused the interest of researchers (one theory says that it comes from the royal falconers who in 1270 were called Drawc) is part of the Târnova commune and is located in the center of the county, 60 km from the city of Arad.
