House Caylus (82)

This beautiful stone building is located in a small hamlet of a few houses. The whole has been completely renovated with quality and taste, the roofs and joinery have been redone throughout the building. This Quercynoise is made up of an apartment and several large rooms used as an artist's studio. The whole is spacious and has a terrace and a small garden.
The apartment.
In front of the apartment is a beautiful furnished terrace, large enough to place a dining table. The apartment is independent from the rest of the building, and is composed of a 25m² living room with mezzanine, here a bedroom has been fitted out. Then there is the 18m² kitchen; a bathroom with shower and sinks and a separate toilet.
From the apartment a door leads to the workshop area.
The main building.
Here the spacious artist studios have been set up, it is very possible to convert this part into a loft.
A beautiful stone staircase leads to a small covered terrace, here we arrive in a first room of 38m² used as a workshop where we find a Velux window providing light as well as beautiful authentic elements such as a stone sink.
Then there is a 20m² living room with polished concrete floor and skylight window as well. Then there is the large 78m² workshop, a very beautiful space with large windows overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor there are 3 large cellars of 19.50m², 33m² and 76.40m². These cellars have concrete on the floor.
25 meters from the house there is a small garden of 100m². Opposite the house there are plots of communal land.
