Two holiday homes in the centre of a market town between La Torche and the Eckmühl lighthouse on the South Finistère coast. Facing the port infrastructure and facing north-south, around 150 m from the coast, the property is made up of two buildings of different origins and types. There are four self-contained flats, all of which are furnished and equipped. The first building runs along the 'rue du Port' and has all the features of the traditional village houses in the Finistère ports. Built in the first part of the 20th century, it has three storeys and a white rendered facade. The window surrounds and corner quoins are made from granite. The slate gable roof is crowned by five dormer windows and two gable chimneys. The second building, set along the same orientation at the end of the plot, was completely restructured and renovated in 2022, where there used to be the ruins of a former 19th-century fisherman's cottage. Built from unplastered local rubble stone, it has two storeys, one of which is in the attic. The roof is made of slate and the south-facing slope is enhanced by three hayloft windows. From the public space, access to the main entrances of the two buildings is via a wide, contemporary metal gate. Beyond this there is a walled communal garden with lawned areas, two terraces and a shelter for leisure and maintenance equipment.
