A townhouse and its exceptional walled garden hidden from prying eyes in the heart of Mortagne-au-Perche. A house and outbuilding from the sixteenth and fifteenth centuries in 3 3 hectares of landscaped gardens and woods, in France’s Orne department, beside the Perche area. A short distance from the local village, a winding lane lined with lime trees leads from the local road up to the property’s gate, which is flanked with two pillars of dressed stone that stand in line with an outhouse.
